We take great care to ensure that you receive our products in perfect condition. In the event you are dissatisfied with the product, it should be returned to us with its original packaging and a note outlining the reason for return and stating where it was bought and date of purchase. If we consider the complaint bona fide then we will either replace the item or refund the price paid.

Any complaints must be made within 7 days of delivery of the product.
