The brief

The client required a three bedroomed house with an attached office and a family flat.
The site was at the end of a private drive and totalled 3000m²

The owners were seeking an indoor outdoor flow with shade in the summer but adequate sunlight penetration in the winter.

The design

An open plan kitchen dining lounge plan was chosen with a separate scullery that was large enough for food preparation.

The Granny Flat

A 75m² attached, one bedroomed apartment with a well equipped kitchen and separate laundry.
